Hello there,
I am from the big Belair school camp 2014 in the Blinman mine.
I really enjoyed going through the mine and learning lot about history and I want to come again

Hi, my husband, daughter and I did the tour Sunday 8th June, 2014 and enjoyed it immensely…we were running a little late but Dean (the tour operator) stayed at the office right on the dot before leaving to start the tour, therefore we joined in…! Dean made the tour very enjoyable and his wealth of knowledge made it very interesting. We would recommend this tour to anyone that is travelling trough/to the Flinders, as you will not be disappointed…!

Took some friends, and their family from China, to Blinman to see this and we were all amazed. A great tour that gives a fascinating insight into the history of the mine and how it worked. Special thanks to Susan, our tour guide, who explained things so clearly that our interpreter had no trouble translating to our non-English speakers. Not to be missed and it’s so easy to get to. You don’t need a 4 wheel drive… it’s bitumen road all the way from Adelaide and close to Wilpena Pound and Rawnsley Park. I’ll certainly be coming back.

A very interesting well presented tour which compares favorably with the best tours elsewhere in Australia. If you’re in the Flinders Ranges you shouldn’t miss it. Highlight of the trip so far. Haunting, stunningly powerful tale of our ancestors and their struggles.
